LeadWell Partners works one-on-one with senior leaders to help them improve personal performance, satisfaction and success, as well as to develop the tools to recognize, adapt and lead through whatever organizational changes are important for improving performance and results, particularly during times of transition and uncertainty. Coaching engagements begin with an individual and/or organizational assessment and agreement around the priorities that will be addressed through the engagement. Coaching is not a “one and done” exercise and typically lasts for a period of six to twelve months. Effective coaching is based on building trust, listening, engaging in candid discussions, and providing a “safe space” where the coach can serve as an advisor and critical friend.
